Phase Shifting Differential Transmission
(PSD), (LPSD), (FPSD)

The Phase Shifting Differential Transmission is designed for phase shifting, register control or any in-motion timing adjustment. Standard ratios of 1:1 (LPSD) and 4:1 (FPSD) are available in seven sizes from 1.5 to 75 horsepower. A 2:1 (PSD) ratio unit is available in eight sizes from 1.5 to 125 horsepower. The 1:1 ratio, in line, LPSD Transmission is capable of providing true line shaft phase shifting capability. Right angle drive assemblies are also available in five ratios and twenty eight assembly arrangements.

Cubic® Differential Transmission

The CUBIC^® Differential Transmissions offer the same advantage as the Phase Shifting Differential Transmissions but in a more compact housing. The CUBIC^® is available in six sizes each for the following: 1:1 (FHT), 3:1 (FT) and Right Angle Units (FRA). The Right Angle units have five ratio options. CUBIC^® Differential Transmission are available with torque capacities of 500 to 10000 #-in. for the Right Angle and the 1:1 ratio units and 167 to 3300 #-in. for the 3:1 ratio unit..
