Phase Shifting Worm Gear Differential Drive Transmission (PSD), (LPSD), (FPSD)
The Phase Shifting Worm Gear Differential Transmission is designed for phase shifting, register control or any in-motion timing adjustment. Standard ratios of 1:1 (LPSD) and 4:1 (FPSD) are available in seven sizes from 1.5 to 75 horsepower. A 2:1 (PSD) ratio unit is available in eight sizes from 1.5 to 125 horsepower. The 1:1 ratio, in line, LPSD Transmission is capable of providing true line shaft phase shifting capability. Right angle drive assemblies are also available in five ratios and twenty eight assembly arrangements. These Phase Shifting Worm Gear Differential Transmissions are used in printing presses, paper machinery, film processing, paper cut off, synthetic fiber manufacturing, alternator drives, textile machinery, metering pumps and other industrial applications.

Cubic® Differential Planetary Transmission
The CUBIC® Differential Planetary Gear Transmissions offer the same advantage as the Phase Shifting Differential Planetary Transmissions but in a more compact housing. The CUBIC® is available in six sizes each for the following: 1:1 (FHT), 3:1 (FT) and Right Angle Units (FRA). The Right Angle units have five ratio options. CUBIC® Differential Transmission are available with torque capacities of 500 to 10000 #-in. for the Right Angle and the 1:1 ratio units and 167 to 3300 #-in. for the 3:1 ratio unit. These Cubic® planetary gearboxes are often used in conveyor drives, printing presses, paper and web machinery, plastic film machinery and packaging applications.

Differential Transmission (TD) & Differential Assemblies
Differential Transmissions utilizing standard differential assemblies are available in a wide variety of two bore, three bore, four bore and right angle transmissions. The transmissions include thirteen basic sizes with eight differential assemblies with ratings up to 125 horsepower. Eight Differential Assemblies have ratings from 1.5 to 125 horsepower.
